Who Are Windsor Baseball Umpires?

Windsor Baseball utilizes a combination of volunteer parents and paid high school students.

In the lower divisions, each team will be required to use volunteers from their respective teams: parent, friend, Coach.
High school students, primarily JV and Varsity baseball players, will be used at the AAA and Majors levels.

To assist in preparing for this job, clinics are planned for both learning the rules as well as basic field mechanics.      WBL Umpires will attend training clinics prior to the start of the Spring Season accumulating both 'classroom' and 'field' mechanic instruction. Any individual who desires to umpire in Windsor Baseball should attend a training and umpire clinic prior to the current season.
