The goal for WBL All Star teams is to field the best teams possible every year.  The following policy will help us reach that goal in a fair and successful manner by establishing a process that will be used consistently.  These teams must meet Cal Ripken Tournament Team composition and player eligibility requirements.

Cal Ripken team composition states:

Rule 11.02.1 – 'Each Cal Ripken tournament team shall consist of no less than twelve (12) players and no more than fifteen (15), one (1) manager/head coach and two (2) coaches.
Rule 11.02.1a – 'Each Cal Ripken team may consist of any fifteen players from the league or division regardless of age or position played during the regular season
Rule 11.02.1b – 'Manager and coaches must be selected from registered team rosters from the league or division in which they manage or coach

Cal Ripken eligibility rules state:

Rule 11.03c – "to be eligible to compete in tournament play, a player, manager or coach must be listed on league and tournament rosters
Rule 11.03d – 'to be eligible for tournament play in any division of Babe Ruth League, Inc a player must have played in at least one-half (1/2) of his team's scheduled league games played prior to the start of tournament play.'
